Though I’m classically trained and teach students to play with proper technique, my foremost goal is to encourage growth of the whole student by providing a safe space in which they develop high self-esteem, a greater awareness of the world around them, and a love of music.

Music lessons sometimes include working with clay, coloring, painting, listening to all types of music, or other things because I believe students learn best through play. Any activity can be used to teach music if the student enjoys doing it.
